Shipping & Returns
Shipping – Australia Wide
Shipping is a Flat Rate of $10.95 or spend over $200 and it is FREE. This excludes items that are bulky or shipped directly from our supplier.
At Sweet Elephants we recognise how exhilarating it can be to purchase online and pride ourselves on getting your purchases to you in a quick, secure and professional manner, thus orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (during weekdays) unless otherwise specified by our team.
For many of our items we deliver Australia Wide via Australia Post, with selected couriers for the Aquila Cot Package, and Portable Cot deliveries in Sydney. We use a tracking facility with each of the shipping companies.
For all courier deliveries, your purchase includes one free delivery attempt. For any subsequent delivery attempts a re-delivery fee will be charged. A separate invoice will be issued to cover any additional fees should they arise. Items can be shipped to your work place or be left in a safe place with your authorization however once delivery has been made Sweet Elephants does not take any responsibility for lost or damaged items. Please let us know during checkout if you wish to provide ‘Authorisation to Leave Without a Signature’.
Most parcels will be delivered within 5-14 business days. Delivery takes place during business hours Monday to Friday. Sweet Elephants will send you an email once your parcel is dispatched and this will include your parcel’s consignment number so that you can track its progress as you please. Tracking is the responsibility of the purchaser and is not a service offered as a part of your purchase however we are happy to offer assistance if required, upon request.
Shipping – International
We warmly welcome any international orders and kindly ask that you email us your order for a shipping quote. International deliveries are made by Australia Post Air Mail, using this service delivery may take up to 10-12 business days depending on your location.
Please be aware that all customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs charges vary from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information and/or rates.
Any free shipping offers unfortunately will not apply to any international orders.

In the rare instance that an item is faulty, damaged in transit or does not meet your expectations, we are happy to offer a refund once the item has been returned. If you wish to return any item/items you will need to firstly email Sweet Elephants at firstname.lastname@example.org and state your reason for return along with your invoice number. Where the item is faulty we will ask for photographs of the damage.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of order and must be returned in original condition, that being, unused and with any original labels/swing tickets attached.
Credit-minus postage, will be refunded to the account the money was originally paid from. Cost of postage will only be returned if item is deemed faulty. All return shipping costs (excluding faulty items) are at the buyer’s expense.
Sweet Elephants will not be held responsible for items that have not reached us during the return process, and for this reason suggest that you use a signed for delivery method, such as Registered Post.
There is no refund or exchange on sale or discounted items unless considered faulty. We do not offer an exchange on the Gummee Glove due to hygiene regulations. Giveaway or competition vouchers are only redeemable on full priced merchandise and cannot be exchanged for cash monies.
If an order is refunded due to change of mind and is paid for via After-pay, a refund will be given minus the After-pay fees as we are not refunded fees.
